Exim touts ‘Chanja Kijanja’ campaign to reward Mastercard cardholders

 Exim Bank Tanzania on Monday introduced a promotional campaign to reward its Mastercard cardholders as it embarks on providing unmatched convenience to its customers. 

The new campaign, christened ‘Chanja Kijanja with Exim Bank Mastercard’, goes hand in hand with the bank’s drive to provide unmatched convenience to its customers while giving special benefits in line with their lifestyles. 

Andrew Lyimo, Exim Bank’s Head of Retail Banking, said the drive aims at encouraging Exim customers to shop and spend online with their bank cards through cashless payment (POS) in a number of shops and other locations across the country. “At Exim Bank, our cardholders enjoy utmost convenience across our network when it comes to making purchases or payments across accepting platforms including dining, shopping, international purchases and online bookings, travelling, hotels, and touristic activities,’’ said Lyimo. 

He explained that now, on top of customers enjoying the utmost convenience that comes with bank cards, they will now stand a chance to win big through this campaign, adding that there will be weekly, monthly and grand prizes. So, all customers have to make purchases or payments through their bank’s Mastercard cards as many times as possible. Each transaction adds on one’s chances to win. 

During the campaign, 10 weekly winners will be rewarded with shopping vouchers worth Tsh50,000. Five monthly winners will be rewarded with smartphones. 

Lyimo noted that as for the grand prizes, their clients with their plus one, will win an all-expenses-paid trip (Visa cost, plane ticket, match and spending money).
