Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) has reaffirmed its commitment towards getting all investors registered at the centre to enable them an easy access to get technical and logistical services from government agencies.
Speaking here recently on the sideline of the Songwe Investment Forum at the Mbozi District Council, TIC Customer Care Services Coordinator, Mr Aboubakar Ndwata, who spoke on behalf of the Centre’s Executive Director, Mr Godfrey Mwambe, said there were numerous benefits for investors who register with TIC.
“TIC in collaboration with Songwe Regional government and other partners in private sector organised the forum that has brought together small, medium and large investors aimed at opening up the
Region to investors from within and outside the region,” he said.
He said in Songwe TIC was both committed and interested in making sure that people are informed about the existing opportunities to invest and the importance of adhering to legal requirements prior and during investment.
Mr. Ndwata pointed out that the forum in question is crucial in promoting investment opportunities available in Songwe Region and open up the region to investors who are willing to invest.
He added that the Region has potentials which call for massive promotion and that TIC, the regional government and private sector stakeholders are already working on the matter.
